Wow....I would give 0 stars if I could

I placed four orders with Uberlink (94089/94090/94092/94093) and quite frankly it was an abysmal customer experience.

All four were received by Uberlink on the 19/1/2026

They didnt confirm they'd received them until the evening of the 20/1/2026

They then did not process them until the evening of the 21/1/2026 - and guess what? all four of my phones had their prices reduced!

I accepted all but one of the offers to save on the hassle, the one I rejected they kept coming back with higher and higher offers until I finally accepted. Just trying to get your device from you as cheap as possible. One of the orders they reduced the price on they didnt even give me a fault reason, when I emailed asking them why they reduced the price I didn't get a response. I still dont have a response.

After I accepted I got an email to let me know that my orders had been added to the payments queue.

I got another email just after asking me to leave to a 5 star review on Trustpilot and if I did they'd give me an extra £5 on each order.....

It took another two weeks to get paid - I had to chase them up and ask them why I had not been paid yet, their excuse was that they had set my orders to the wrong status - I think they were withholding payment until I'd made that Trustpilot review for the extra £5

All in all it took over 3 weeks from me shipping my phones to getting paid - with lots of hassle in between.

Reduced prices for non existent faults, scammy like emails asking me to leave a review for extra money, taking ages to process my orders and then taking ages to pay me out.

I would avoid like the plague.

Overall a mixed review from me. Thought I would be getting the original offer I was given however this dropped significantly due to wear and tear. Screen was cracked which I stated but everything else to me was fine - apparently not the case. To save going back and forth I accepted a much lower offer but felt disappointed. What I would say is that the customer service communication was great and once I realised I’d made a mistake on the form, I emailed them and they got back to me quickly advising they had made a change. Also the process of sending etc was efficient and I loved that!

This has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I contacted Uberlink to sell two iPhone 12 Pro Max devices. From the very beginning, I was clear and consistent about the model. Over the course of a week, the process was dragged out unnecessarily, with repeated back-and-forth and changing offers.

I received three separate written offers by email.
• I rejected the first and second offers as they were far too low.
• I was then transferred to a representative called Steven, who offered a higher amount, which I accepted.
This offer was confirmed to me in writing.

After accepting the agreed price, I waited several days expecting payment. Instead, I received a message saying that my devices were being returned, with no proper explanation.

I immediately called to ask what was going on, as I had email confirmation of the agreed payment. During this call, I experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The agent blamed me entirely, stating that the issue was my fault and not theirs, and claimed that I had referred to the phones as iPhone 13 Pro Max — which is completely untrue.

To be absolutely clear:
I repeatedly stated iPhone 12 Pro Max, and any mention of iPhone 13 Pro Max came from their side, not mine. I corrected this more than once.

Rather than taking responsibility for their internal miscommunication, Uberlink chose to shift the blame onto the customer, retract a confirmed agreement, and waste over a week of my time.

This experience caused unnecessary stress and was handled in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious, keep all communication in writing, and be prepared for sudden changes and denial of responsibility.

Please save your time and sell it to different website who knows about what is respect, and keeping their promises. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

A trustworthy service with some negotiation needed for a fair price

A trustworthy service, though I had to negotiate to obtain a fair price after sending my device. I would still recommend them, as the process of sending the device was very straightforward and free of charge! This is my second experience with them!

Filling out the online form was a breeze...

Filling out the online form was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. Sending the device was also a simple process. I would recommend this service. However, I was a bit disappointed that the revised price was significantly lower than the initial quote. I understand the phone had considerable damage on the back that would require replacement if refurbished, so I accepted the offer to get something instead of nothing for my damaged phone.
