Read reviews before you contract this company to undertake work!Untrustworthy operator and unsafe installation - BEWARE!Purchased two outdoor motorized blinds with a 50% deposit. Delivery and installation ran very late but this was not a concern.When installation took place there was multiple issues:1. One of the blinds was not functional2. Flashing to outside was not complete3. Cover fell off during operation, could have killed a child if under it4. Remotes programmed incorrectly5. Blinds not square to surrounds & large gaps6. One concrete screw on each end holding very heavy blind7. Inside blind covers cut too short & not secured8. Brackets not fixed securely in place9. Poor workmanship10. Very dangerous as cover fell as per video stills belowThere appears to be no documentation or attention to:- staff training- quality control- follow up service- safety on site or in finished productThe installer agreed to come back within a week and repair/ finalize. Unfortunately my wife felt bullied by the installer and paid the full amount of the balance of the invoice (on his insistence) which was obviously a mistake.Why is their policy payment in full before completion?Read their reviews, it's the only way they ensure they'll be paid for their pattern of conducting incomplete and poor quality work.Since final payment was made we have been communicating with sales person "Jodie" around rectification and finishing however have not been successful in having rectification made or a timeline to complete.The outcome is the company has been paid in full for a product that has not been finished and one of the blinds is not functional and dangerous to operate. My advice to others is look for a credible operator but if you do choose this company hold back 50% payment until job is satisfactorily complete.I will be finding an alternate supplier to rectify the works undertaken and will take legal action to recover the costs.Footnote: got a call from Director Chris after my review who said he will not be repairing due to my review and will see me in court - LOL. I'm guessing "see you in court" would be a regular occurrence for this company. Chris did not question my concerns over quality or safety, his response leads me to assume these types of complaints are normal.
