Terrible experience. I traveled an hour to reach the location before closing time. My phone's screen was damaged, and although they had the parts available, they claimed the inventory system didn't reflect this for the claim, so they couldn't assist. When I asked a staff member if he could contact customer support to rectify the inventory issue, he laughed and refused, saying they would be upset with him. They showed no concern for my long drive. Extremely unprofessional, and I cannot recommend this location.
