I took two laptops in for repair and should have been wary when they quoted high prices and then offered steep discounts if I signed up for their insurance. One laptop was returned a couple of days later, but the same issue recurred within an hour. They kept both machines for almost a month before informing me they couldn't fix either and needed more money for further attempts.
