We live along the Inside Passage in SE Alaska. It is beautiful but remote. Getting a cell phone fixed is impossible. My wife's phone would not update the software. After hours (literally) with AT&T, then Samsung, we sent to the Seattle uBreakiFix store. They called to tell me they received it and told me what they would do. Two hours later they called to day it was done. New software was loaded. They sent it back and they did it for FREE! I will definitely be back if I need help and am telling everyone. Thank you!
