One shipment was marked as “dispatched”, but other items from the same order have been stuck for a long time with no clear updates. The estimated delivery date is showing as NA, and customer support only provides generic responses without any real solutions. Some items seem to be lost or delayed on the seller’s end, yet the service continues to hold the payment. This led to unnecessary delays, frustration, and wasted time. For an international shopping platform, the level of logistics management and communication is unacceptable. Transparency is lacking, tracking information is vague, and accountability is shifted around instead of addressing the issue effectively. Based on my experience, I do not trust this service and would not recommend it to anyone who values dependable delivery and effective customer support.
