The product is expired since 2025 and contains lumps, it is no longer liquid and unusable.

⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience
I placed an order over a month ago and never received the product. Throughout this time, I repeatedly contacted customer support by email, following up many times.
Each time, I was told:
• “Your order is coming”
• “We are checking with the warehouse”
• “We cannot track it at the moment”
After weeks of chasing and stress, they finally admitted that my order was lost in the warehouse. At that point, they said they could not do anything except cancel the order and promised a refund.
They claim the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours and may take 7–10 business days to reach my account, but after such a long delay, misleading responses, and poor communication, I have very little trust left.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete disappointment. If the refund does not arrive, I will have no choice but to contact my bank for a chargeback and report the issue to ACCC Australia.
I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to be cautious.😡😡

However, the cost was significantly higher than I would consider reasonable, as I paid $75.00 for two small boxes the size of my hand. After that point, there was no substantial support from the service at all. The courier required customs forms, which I completed as directed. Later, the courier informed me that the form had been submitted too early, causing the shipment to be stuck in customs. From that moment, I was left entirely on my own. The service’s stance was essentially: “It’s with the courier, handle it yourself.” No coordination, no intervention, no solution, no refund. This is not how reputable e-commerce operates. If you order a product from a well-known platform and the courier fails to deliver, that platform does not just say “not our issue.” The seller took the payment, so they should retain delivery responsibility until the item reaches the customer. The service does not function that way. They collect payment, shift responsibility to the shipper, and disengage completely when issues arise. Whether the goods actually reach you seems to be viewed as your problem, not theirs. The company is based in a specific region, and their terms are governed by local law, which complicates matters for international customers when issues occur. In my case, the outcome was simple: lost money, no product, no assistance. I strongly recommend exercising caution. If anything goes awry during shipping or customs, do not expect the service to support your purchase.

The estimated delivery date is showing as NA, and customer support only provides generic responses without any real solutions. Some items seem to be lost or delayed on the seller’s end, yet the service continues to hold the payment. This led to unnecessary delays, frustration, and wasted time. For an international shopping platform, the level of logistics management and communication is unacceptable. Transparency is lacking, tracking information is vague, and accountability is shifted around instead of addressing the issue effectively. Based on my experience, I do not trust this service and would not recommend it to anyone who values dependable delivery and effective customer support.
