⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Experience
I placed an order over a month ago and never received the product. Throughout this time, I repeatedly contacted customer support by email, following up many times.
Each time, I was told:
• “Your order is coming”
• “We are checking with the warehouse”
• “We cannot track it at the moment”
After weeks of chasing and stress, they finally admitted that my order was lost in the warehouse. At that point, they said they could not do anything except cancel the order and promised a refund.
They claim the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours and may take 7–10 business days to reach my account, but after such a long delay, misleading responses, and poor communication, I have very little trust left.
This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and complete disappointment. If the refund does not arrive, I will have no choice but to contact my bank for a chargeback and report the issue to ACCC Australia.
I will never order from this company again and strongly advise others to be cautious.😡😡
