Further to your response on my last review. We were customers until we chose to go elsewhere so please do not lie. My self, my wife and my mother in law were all there in person when we were told specifically the FINANCE COMPANY required a deposit not UCAN! When asked if we could lower the deposit to £50 instead we were told "we will just go and contact the finance company but I'm sure they will accept this" a blatant lie because the finance company did not require a deposit. At no point did you state the deposit was to go and collect the car. And again we were told straight away the car was ready, my wife even offered to stay there until it arrived and drive it home but u said no don't stress about that get home with the little ones and we will deliver it to you later tonight!! We then received a call that evening stating the car was there but it was late and u had to wait for the following day when someone would then deliver it. The following day you called again to say delivery wasn't happening that day and the car needed re gaming and low and behold that the car wasn't even with yourself after stating the day before you had collected it!!!! You lied throughout the whole time and left us no choice but to contact the finance company after such a mess about. The car we found is a 66 plate so 2 years older and the milage is 53k for the same price but lower monthly payments the car u offered us was a 2014 plate with 79k miles at £6499 which is way above its market value!! You then refused to hand the deposit back because we no longer wanted to continue with your contract. As stated on the website you say deposits are refundable another lie because you withhold people's money if they choose to change there mind. You have taken money illegally, we did not agree at any point to pay you a deposit for collecting a car!! We paid a deposit to secure a finance contract which we later found out was not required and now u are trying to keep that money for yourselves which you are not allowed to do. Stop lying to customers and be respectful and honest then you wouldn't receive such negative reviews.
