After recently using this company in Willenhall, I would advise to stay clear and find another car dealer. The sales people pressure you into taking the car the same day and you are quickly rushed round the car so they can get the deal done. When there are any issues with the car they are unwilling to help. I found a poor bodywork repair after a few weeks in which I was told by they would not help with repair as it was a used vehicle and they had not done the repair originally. Now I have spend more money on getting it repaired properly. The customer service is awful and basically told it’s hpi clear not our problem. All in all **Rubbish company stay Clear***In reply to the comment from Ucan, I didn’t say it was off colour, it had a poor repair and for the cost of the car should’ve been picked up whether it is 1 year old or 10years old as I was told this car was a friend of the managers. Which was probably not true. Also just because I appreciate a call back doesn’t mean I am happy. I have 6 months for any defects which I find for you to rectify and you have said you won’t do anything.To be honest the state of the stone chip repairs, it’s best I sort myself so it’s done properly.I stand by my review and wouldn’t recommend. I appreciate your reply.
