The worst hospital in London

I am waiting for a control appointment since July 2025 that was supposed to be scheduled for September and now is January 2026. I have called several times, my GP called with nothing happened just empty promises that I will get an appointment in September. After I have shared my experience on media, I have been contacted by someone for an appointment in Jan 2026, now that I have chosen a date from those available and contacted the hospital by phone and email, still no confirmation. It is outrageous how the patients are treated. None of those whom I have spoke on the phone wanted to tell me their name. Called at the number provided and a nurse literally hang up on me after saying she is going to look for someone to make an appointment. Empty promises that I'll be contacted just like last year. No response to my email either.Such an unprofessional behavior and lack of care for patients. My medical condition aggravated and they left me in pain with no treatment.Same behaviour like I had from them in the past, after a visit they forgot to give me the treatment for 4 months. Avoid this hospital at all costs! Doctors and nurses don't care about patients at all, some are rude too if you ask for details on their findings.
