Visited today with my Mum and every staff member I came accross was absolutely lovely. Very caring and really warm and friendly. Totally different to my local hospital that make you feel like they don't have time for you.The signage was very clear and concise so it was easy to find our way and if I looked unsure staff were actually asking me if I was OK and knew where I was going. Everywhere looks clean too which for an OCD person to say, is a big compliment.Special thanks to 1st floor surgery reception team, surgery and recovery teams. They carried out their jobs with such care above and beyond what we have been used to and put back some faith in the NHS. All the staff made me feel so much more at ease and confident they would take good care of my MumAmazing service Thank you. Keep up the good work.
