Worst class I ever took

Worst class I ever took. The instructor spent more time talking about how she didn’t like ambulance drivers. She talked so long that a few people weren’t able to use the CPR doll. After I took the online First Aid course it gave me my score but I have never received my card. So they take your money but you don’t get your card. Terrible customer service as well!
