The agents who answered the phone calls—they were not nice and did not provide accurate information. The first time I called was because I saw a discount but couldn’t find it on the website. The agent told me that was the correct price and that everything would be done in person, but later I learned that most of the first aid portion is done online, even though I was told it would be in person.
Also, they place everyone in the same class, including people taking CPR only and those taking CPR with first aid. Some of the first aid taught in person was incomplete, and if I had known it would be structured this way, I would have just paid for CPR only and found free first aid materials to study on my own.
I specifically asked if everything, including first aid, would be fully trained in person, but it was not completed as expected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the agents.
