Absolutely one of the most awful course provider specially in healthcare procedure. I attended 3 courses on Vit B12 and Phlebotomy. 2 courses were recorded by a mobile phone, shaking, rotating and the presenter was so incoherent that it was not possible to make sense out of his lectures. The models were female muslims that did not wish to be seen and therefore the recording captured their shoes rather than the technique. All the procedures were performed in a messy clinical settings, poor hygiene and poorly recorded. When I asked for refund (30 days refund guarantee acc the site), they refused with following message:"This course is not eligible for a refund based on your viewing history. In accordance with our refund policy, you have watched too much of this course to request a refund." These course were waste of time and waste of money. Not recommended at all.
