Yesterday i buy the course of capcut 69,99€ there is only basic informations. Very disappointed for this service. I can’t refund my money because they told me that i watch the video of this course. Tell me a thing why should I pay for this course? All this basic information about in this course you can find on YouTube for free. There is no option to contact.
I was dissatisfied with the quality and diversity of the courses on offer and attempted to file a refund claim however, customer service fought me every step of the way.
This forced my hand and I just got of off of the phone with my bank after filing a transaction despite so be extremely careful about giving them any money and check that the course that your looking for is on offer.
I ordered a class but never got it, even though the payment was deducted from my account. I reached out to the support team, and they claimed it was an error, despite providing a screenshot of my transaction. I will not be using this platform again.
The courses are outdated and not useful for my needs. I stopped using the platform years ago, but today I was charged for another year. When I tried to reach out to the support team, I encountered a frustrating cycle of automated responses. I attempted to email, but was directed back to their support, which was unhelpful. Very disappointing.
I feel compelled to issue a serious warning regarding the company's misleading billing practices and their customer service's unwillingness to adhere to their own stated refund policy, which conflicts with UK consumer law. I was charged for an automatic annual subscription renewal on 13 December, without any prior notification or email from the company about this renewal. This exploitative practice takes advantage of customer oversight and is completely unacceptable. I reached out to the support team on the same day (13 December) of the unauthorized charge to request a refund and cancellation. * The Response: The support team informed me that "subscriptions are non-refundable," blatantly ignoring my rights. * The Fact: As a UK customer, I have a legal right to a 14-day cancellation and full refund period for online services according to consumer protection laws. The company's own policy page confirms this right, explicitly stating the 14-day refund period for the United Kingdom.
By refusing to process my refund request made within hours of the charge, the customer service team is violating their own terms and disregarding UK consumer rights. I received a generic response that seemed designed to avoid returning the funds for an unrequested and uncommunicated renewal.
I insist on an immediate refund for this unauthorized subscription fee. Potential customers should be warned that if they face a billing issue, the company's support may likely refuse assistance, even when a refund is legally warranted.
The 30-day refund policy feels misleading. I bought a course, but soon realized it was poorly designed and not effective for learning. Additionally, they pressure you into buying specific subscriptions, and the instruction relies solely on resources from which they earn commissions.
Is this really the best platform for online courses? What a disappointment. The software is incredibly poor. It's frustrating and painful to use. It's like trying to learn with videos on a slow connection, but they glitch and the audio is out of sync. Almost every feature has let me down. The coding exercises on the site don't load or display correctly. The mobile app offers offline downloads, but they hardly work and still try to use data even when downloaded (what a joke!!) unless you switch your phone to airplane mode. Plus, every time I go back to the website after using the app, I get logged out and have to go through email two-factor authentication. I can't believe how terrible this software is. We've figured out how to buffer videos! This is an issue that's been solved! Why does this platform feel like a throwback to the early 2000s? I'm done. Never again.
This is supposedly a top platform for online courses? It’s hard to believe how low the quality has sunk. The software is incredibly poor. It’s a nightmare to use, like trying to learn with a slow internet connection where everything glitches and the audio lags. Most features failed me. The coding problems within the site don't load or display correctly. The mobile app allows downloads, but they hardly work and still attempt to use data even when offline unless you switch to airplane mode. After using the mobile app, I often find myself logged out when I return to the website, requiring email verification each time. I'm shocked at how terrible this software is. Why does this platform feel like a blast from the past? It's going in the trash. Never again.
Over the years, I purchased several courses, none of which were satisfactory. Their pricing is outrageous and confusing, with no guarantee that a highly-rated course will be worth it. Recently, I revisited a course I bought with 'lifetime' access only to find that many courses had vanished from the platform, and one had most of its content removed and replaced with something else. This platform is a complete joke. There are far better options available.
