Great to take course bad for tech support. It has been a great source to learn the domains that I am interested on. I can send questions to the people who teach, and they have always answered. Some teachers answers are weak, but must of them are good. It's also a very economic source when they have discount ($14-20) per full course. I also love the fact that people has access forever. Another advantage is that, you can work with real things and not virtual like datacamp.com. The cons is the tech support thus I have not found a way to find answers from people. I have only seen bad opinions about tech support and refunds. I've never try refund, but I believe more on customers than in companies, so I assume it's terrible for that. If it was good on it, I would evaluate it with 5 starts.
