My refund request was denied by Udemy’s automated system, even though I have only watched 4% of the course “100 Days of Code: The Complete Python Pro Bootcamp”.The rejection message stated that I had watched “too much of the course”, which is clearly not the case. I completed only 23 of 633 lessons, which amounts to roughly 4%.I tried to contact support via the Help Center and Chatbot multiple times, but I am stuck in an endless loop and never get to speak with a human. I also emailed to udemy support and received a response that the mailbox is no longer monitored. This situation is highly unfair and contradicts your 30-day refund policy. I kindly ask you to review my case and approve a manual refund.
