Unfortunately you get what you pay for. I bought a MS Office Course. The Excel screen options did not match mine and after less than an hour in I had to give up on the course because I could not follow along because I had none of the options the instructor was attempting to teach. I attempted a refund was denied because I completed 45 minutes of a 20 hour course even though I was within 30 days. I simply COULD NOT continue to follow along as I did not have the proper screens and Excel options the instructor was trying to teach and I used the zip file they sent me to follow along. Very unprofessional and shady.
