Bought a course. Tried to watch videos but the streaming facility is so poor that the video stops every few seconds. Soldiered on for as long as I could tolerate it until my patience ran out. Applied for refund by clicking the relevant link. Refund was refused because allegedly I have done too many lessons for a refund to be allowed. Tried to contact support but only a moronic AI chatbot is available - no email or phone contact. Avoid Udemy - their servers are incapable of delivering usable content and support is non-existent. They will take your money but not provide the promised service. Dictionary definition of a scam.
