Udemy has a whole "Trust and Safety" department. You would think that Udemy's Trustpilot score would be their report card, right? But instead of responding to peoples' grievances (here or anywhere else) or doing much of anything to bolster confidence in the platform, their actual mission is more about implementing Udemy's anti-competitive business practices and doing everything they can to prevent instructors from introducing students to useful resources off-platform (which Udemy can't monetize).
