I have had a very bad experience with Udemy. I paid for courses that I never received access to. I have submitted three different receipts as proof – two from Den Norske Bank and one from the App Store – but customer service has been rude and unprofessional. Eventually, they stopped responding to my inquiries altogether.I have had to involve my bank to get my money back, as Udemy has shown no willingness to resolve the issue. I am very disappointed with how they handle their customers and would not recommend anyone to use this service.Avoid Udemy if you value your money and want good customer service, as well as high-quality courses.
