I am really surprised with how bad so many of these reviews are.I have done so many Udemy courses which i have enjoyed and found usefulA lot of my IT certifications in RPA, AWS, Cloud, Digital etc were enabled by these courses. Couple of bits of advice:Udemy is just a platform for people to upload their courses to. I don't believe Udemy quality control any of them so check the individual course reviews. I have also never completed a tech course without an error in it. We are all human so just be aware.Watch the pricing. Only ever buy when discounted. It seems we are only ever a week or do away from a discount excuse. Christmas. Spring. Valentine's Day. It's raining. It's not raining. Just hold onTry and resist buying courses you intend to do in the future because they are reduced today. I've just signed into the app and I have loads there I have paid for but will probably never do as my interests have evolved. I have never tried to contact Udemy customer service so can't comment but I would not be surprised if it was understaffed. Too many customers buying so many discounted courses.
