Absolutely terrible. Video in purchased course did not work - customer service kept saying they checked it and it works their end so kept sending a list of resolutions for me to try to fix THEIR course. I tried everything. Udemy dragged it out over 30 days and will now not provide a refund for a course that does not work even though the issue was raised within 5 days of purchase. Awful, awful, awful customer service. Steer clear.
