Some good courses, but Customer Support is pitiful, and it is impossible to reach a live person. I know that the trend these days for many companies is to simply direct their customers to a generic question search database or AI Bot…but they still must provide a contact email to get people’s questions answered with a live person. Not doing so is, quite simply, very poor customer service. I offer with respect that if they want to continue to be competitive, they must do so.
