I purchased a bundle of three courses from Udemy to help me with my current career change. I didn't have the time to work on them for a few weeks so when I went to start them today, I noticed the site is telling me that the courses are no longer available. They're claiming they'll offer a refund, but this is not acceptable. The entire reason I purchased those courses in the first place was because they were all I needed and they were at an affordable rate. Now, I have to shop around for a better course site that offers courses on these topics which is also within my budget, thus further pushing back my career change (and costing me money in the long run).I will be closing my Udemy account after I get my refund and will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. Absolutely unacceptable.
