Rubbish Scammer UdemyWhen I attempted to request a refund for a course I bought 3 days ago, I received a message stating that the course is not eligible for a refund based on my download history (i.imgur.com / m3Q9vQy.png). I want to clarify that I have not downloaded any lecture videos from the course as the tutor has set that all lecture videos are not allowed to download. Therefore, I do not understand why I am not eligible for a refund.Additionally, I bought this course on a public WiFi network, which may not have been secure. This could have resulted in my login credentials being stolen by someone else. I am concerned that this could be the reason why I am being prevented from receiving a refund.However, the Udemy customer service replied that "According to our system, this course was downloaded in a manner that violates our terms of use. As a result, and per our refund policy, your refund request has been denied.". Udemy just repeated the bulls*hit and refused to issue refund for me.30-Day Money Back Guarantee is a bulls*hit. Do not trust this scammer rubbish Udemy website !!!
