I would give it 0 or minus if I had the option. Udemy customer service is ridiculous. First of all, there is no contact number so you can talk with a person. Email requests are delayed and sometimes there is no answer. I requested to talk to a manager or transfer my concerns to a manager multiple times and received no reply. This is the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen in the US. I believe people with the same issue need to find each other and file a good lawsuit against Udemy, hopefully, they will learn how to respect customers' time and money.
