I am deeply disappointed with the lack of support provided by Udemy's customer service team. They seem to be uncollaborative and unresponsive, providing automated responses that fail to address my concerns. On top of this, Udemy blocked my account permanently and unfairly, without any prior alert or notification. To make matters worse, despite violating my rights as a customer, Udemy has also refused to issue a refund for the courses that I have paid for, citing their own terms and conditions as an excuse.
