Rivera" was my technical support agent, and upon requesting a refund stated that it WAS NOT POSSIBLE.But an email later said it would be possible, only if they were legally obligated to. Which ??? How can you say its not possible then only deliver under threat of law?Very lame, very corporate. Do not buy a UDEMY subscription.
