The courses are great but 'support' doesn't have a clue! They took 2 payments for 2 courses but only provided me with one course. I questioned it when I was charged for both and they asked to see my bank statement - I sent it to them. They then wanted me to go through my google account and prove the money had come out - I took an image of my google account and sent it to them. Now they are asking me to contact Google to ask why they didn't get both transaction IDs - now to me this is laziness on their part - they took the money, I don't have the goods but they want me to do all the work for them - what more will they ask for? I'm pretty sure they just want me to give up so they can just keep the money - Not going to happen! Really really bad customer service.
