The courses are outdated and not useful for my needs. I stopped using the platform years ago, but today I was charged for another year. When I tried to reach out to the support team, I encountered a frustrating cycle of automated responses. I attempted to email, but was directed back to their support, which was unhelpful. Very disappointing.
