I rarely write reviews like this but I hope it helps someone else from dealing with these people and I really wished I had read previous reviews before purchasing. Order placed on 16/11 for staff Xmas shirts. Today is 11/12 and still nothing and not even a reply from their customer service. $300 down the drain 5/2/25 UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY TODAY:Your response only highlights your poor customer service and terrible response times. You haven’t even replied to my emails and messages from December and yet you have chosen to reply to a negative review on a public forum to try and restore your image. You have offered compensation; no apology in private to deal with the matter. You have also chosen to blame a third party provider regarding the delay in delivery. If you check your order diary properly you will note you guys were actually WAY out on your quoted timeframes for production and dispatch. To add insult to injury you actually have the nerve to ask for a positive review on the quality of your product? Are you actually joking? We ordered these shirts specifically for our staff to wear in the lead into Christmas. The shirts arrived after Christmas which was a complete waste of time and money. If you continue to do business like this you will not last guys. Sorry
