BEWARE!I cannot speak more unfavourably about UDFYN. Appalling product. Appalling customer service. Appalling efficiency. My experience with this incompetent 'business' was shocking from start to finish, the whole 4 months, after ordering 1 shirt to sample their product. Thankfully I only ordered 1! Took almost 2 months to get one shirt, quality of the fabric was awful and the artwork on the front was so uneven it was unwearable - unfortunately I cannot post a picture for potential buyers to view what they will be paying for. After several attempts to speak to 'customer support' a full refund was authorised and assured it would be processed with 1 week - that was 3 weeks ago! My attempts to contact UDFYN via phone, email and online chat to follow up on my refund have all failed. No-one answers the phone, replies to emails or connects online chat - what a surprise! Have reported UDFYN to Fair Trading and bank charge back - I strongly suggest anyone who has had a similar experience to do so aswell.
