I placed an order for 9 shirts, spending a total of $311 and paid extra for express delivery within 7 days. On the 5th day, I inquired whether the items would arrive the next day, assuming they wouldn't be delivered on the 7th due to it being a Sunday. I needed these shirts for a surprise birthday dinner for a close friend on Saturday. Their reply was that my order would be in production the following week, which clearly exceeded the 7-day timeframe. Frustrated, I politely requested to initiate a refund process since they wouldn't arrive in time, and since production hadn't even started. I received no reply.
On the 8th day, I followed up, and on the 9th day, they told me my order was in the final stages of production and offered two options: receive the order as planned or get a total refund of $19. This was not $19 per shirt, but $19 total, which was what I paid for express shipping. I explained this was unreasonable as I had requested a refund before production began, and I expected a full reimbursement. Since then, I have sent multiple messages with no response. I am a hardworking and reasonable person, and I need this money for upcoming expenses. I can't believe a business would treat customers this way. The initial 40% discount should have raised red flags. I strongly advise others to avoid this service. I plan to escalate this issue to the appropriate authorities. I refuse to let this situation go without action.
