Awful. READ OTHER LOW RATED REVIEWS WITH SIMILAR ISSUES. Trying to arrange insurance, they gave us a quote then, ON THEIR ADVICE, we adjusted our requirements. They wouldn't then give us a revised quote until we provided validation (copies of all driving licenses etc). Time consuming when no guarantee we would proceed - depending on price. Why they could not offer a non binding quote again with validation to follow, as they had already done, is beyond me.
This was on a very bad phone line, with many requests from us to repeat what they had said and, no doubt, bits missed. We then said "cancel request - too much hassle" and find we are charged £45 for cancelling a policy we didn't know we had committed too. They take your money immediately based on the initial quote - then the refund takes 46 days to be paid back (less the £45). Lesson - do NOT give them your card details until 100% certain you are going ahead.
