I recently received an e-mail from the UFC saying... "Thank you for purchasing UFC 229", when I never made this purchase. I never buy PPVs using the UFC app due to lag issues, I always use Google Play because Google's PPV streams are amazing. Anyways... I've been trying to get a refund on this purchase (which I never made), but their customer service is a disaster. The live chat doesn't work, and they do not respond to e-mails. So... I urge people to avoid FIGHT PASS. They literally make purchases using your credit card without your knowledge, and once the purchase is made, there is no customer service. You'll have to go to your bank and go through a long complicated process to cancel the transaction. The UFC product is amazing, (I do plan on buying UFC 229) but their FIGHT PASS service is a nightmare.
