This has been the worst experience with delivery. The response time for emails is abysmal, and what was supposed to be a simple situation turned into a nightmare. After agreeing with the delivery service, the representative altered the delivery date without my confirmation and didn’t even offer the option for Saturday delivery. I will never shop with them again, despite liking the brand; it seems big companies often have unhelpful staff.
