A pair of slippers from the company caused considerable electric shocks whenever my wife touched a door handle or the fridge. The company declined to issue a refund, stating that their warranty does not cover this issue. So, a £115 pair of slippers that are unwearable. The company suggested moistening the soles. One long-time customer lost.
I am thoroughly disheartened by my experience. I purchased a pair of shoes from the official online store just two days before I wore them, and the side clip broke during my first use. I reached out to customer service right away, sent multiple emails with photos, but I have yet to receive any response. It's incredibly frustrating that a brand reputed for its quality would disregard customer concerns and leave a defective product unaddressed. Currently, I cannot wear the shoes at all, and the lack of communication has only exacerbated the issue. I anticipated a much higher level of service. This experience has left me very dissatisfied.
This has been the worst experience with delivery. The response time for emails is abysmal, and what was supposed to be a simple situation turned into a nightmare.
