What can I say about the poor customer service? Buying is easy, but returning items or getting in touch with customer support is nearly impossible. I spent 30 minutes dealing with a subpar chatbot, which is not fit for purpose. After many attempts, it just disconnects and claims someone will contact me in a few days. We love their products but will never buy directly from them again.
