First time order and never again. Trading standards would take this seriously I am sure. UGG advertise at a sale price, confirm orders and then days later when delivery is due and family members are expecting them as gifts, they send an automated email saying it’s cancelled. No regard for customers and in my opinion a strategy to get customers to then purchase at full price. They take the offer price off and say unfortunately that’s no longer available. I heard half a dozen times in a few minutes over the phone, you can go online and but them now. At double the price!Wasted 2 hours trying to get a resolution but customer services Manager I spoke with this morning, who I could name but won’t, had no management authority at all to resolve the situation.
