I wish I could give this a rating of 0 STARS. I ordered a pair of shoes along with a care kit. The delivery service held the package for three days, repeatedly stating it was out for delivery. After three days, I redirected it to a locker, only to find the package was damaged upon retrieval. The care kit was missing, and only the shoes were included. The package was covered in tape from the delivery service, indicating it had been mishandled. When I contacted them, they told me to reach out to the company for complaints. After logging three issues through the online chat and dealing with automated responses, I spent a month communicating via email with a customer service representative, who took a week to respond each time. Today, they closed my case, claiming the delivery service said I didn't report the missing item until days later, which is false! They also stated they had no evidence of the item being missing. I even sent a letter with the damaged packaging as proof, but they dismissed it, refusing to offer a refund or replacement for my missing care kit. I'm out £55, and it's appalling how a large company can treat its customers this way.
