Uggs are great correct order and deliver tracked and in time, I wasn't happy that I did get my points as when I purchased I wasn't registered in the app after registering I enquire if I could have the points it was a flat no 😔 you have to be in your account when purchasing which being my first online purchase I didn't have but you live and learn ....happy with my boots

Order returned unexpectedly to the warehouse

I was informed that my order was sent back to the warehouse because my selected pickup location (post office) somehow did not receive it. I reported this to my bank, and they investigated the situation, suspecting potential fraud. Fortunately, my bank issued a refund immediately. This has been a very unusual experience. How could the post office possibly miss the order?

Disappointed with the recent quality

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The last pair I received for Christmas felt just like any cheap off-brand boots available anywhere. It's unfortunate to say, but unless the company improves its quality and reliability, I won't be coming back. Please address this issue!

Absolutely Frustrating Experience

I wish I could give this a rating of 0 STARS. I ordered a pair of shoes along with a care kit. The delivery service held the package for three days, repeatedly stating it was out for delivery. After three days, I redirected it to a locker, only to find the package was damaged upon retrieval. The care kit was missing, and only the shoes were included. The package was covered in tape from the delivery service, indicating it had been mishandled. When I contacted them, they told me to reach out to the company for complaints. After logging three issues through the online chat and dealing with automated responses, I spent a month communicating via email with a customer service representative, who took a week to respond each time. Today, they closed my case, claiming the delivery service said I didn't report the missing item until days later, which is false! They also stated they had no evidence of the item being missing. I even sent a letter with the damaged packaging as proof, but they dismissed it, refusing to offer a refund or replacement for my missing care kit. I'm out £55, and it's appalling how a large company can treat its customers this way.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered two pairs of boots on December 10th, and as of today, January 6th, my order hasn't even shipped. The customer service is terrible. I've attempted to contact them several times, but there has been no response, and no one seems accountable for resolving the issue. It's unacceptable to take a customer's money and then provide no communication or support regarding a missing order. This will be my last purchase from this platform. If you value your time and money, I recommend looking elsewhere!
