Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a men's size 10 shoe for my son, but they turned out to be smaller than a women's size 8. I had to cover the return shipping, and then they only provided a partial refund. I'm out around $40 for shoes that were delivered incorrectly. I've contacted the customer support team three times this week with no response. Terrible service, and I would not recommend ordering from this platform.
