Frustrating experience with sizing and service

I had a frustrating experience. I ordered a men's size 10 shoe for my son, but they were smaller than a women's size 8. I had to pay for the return, and they only issued a partial refund. I'm out about $40 for incorrectly sent shoes. I've emailed the support team three times this week without any response. The service has been terrible, and I would not recommend ordering from this platform.

Extremely disappointing experience

Beware of this company

Beware of this company - they accepted payment at the advertised price, then canceled the order three days later. Once they accept payment, they are obligated to fulfill the order. I have attempted to raise a complaint, but they are unresponsive. I have contacted a consumer rights organization and will pursue this matter to the end based on principle.

Hidden return fee issues

This company is not straightforward about the $15 return fee. If you order the wrong size, you must pay for the return. If you attempt to file a complaint, they will dismiss it and respond with a rude email.

Warning to potential buyers

Warning to all buyers: Very poor quality materials and stitching, inconsistent sizing, and no support whatsoever. Their policy seems to be “once you buy, it’s your problem.” Clearance items are final sale, with no exchanges or returns. Think carefully before making a purchase!

Received incorrect items and lost my money

Please avoid this company. They sent the wrong items and kept my money, pretending it was a gift card. The problem is they don't cash it and use this as an excuse for every negative review they receive. I've been waiting over a year for my money back, and I doubt they will ever return it.

Disappointing quality of boots

I purchased a pair of boots here a few months ago, and since then, the stitching has come apart, leaving a large hole. I contacted the company for assistance, but they refused, stating their coverage period was only 30 days. This is ridiculous, as consumer protection laws cover all purchases for a year. I will never buy from this company again.

Boots deteriorated quickly

I bought boots delivered on June 1st and contacted the company on August 7th (36 days later) because the heels were coming apart. I provided photos, but they responded that I was outside their 30-day refund/replacement period. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY; their products are not fit for purpose!

Poor customer service and sizing issues

Poor customer service and ill-fitting products. Despite informing the company about incorrect sizing, customer service provided a generic response. These products are inaccurately sized, and they will not fit properly; they are at least two sizes off, and according to them, there is no option for refunds.

I ordered a pair of slippers listed as 'Original.' What I received was not the same product — it was branded differently, lacked proper branding, and felt entirely synthetic. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Upon requesting a refund, they stalled by asking for irrelevant photos and only agreed after I escalated the issue. Even then, my refund was delayed despite returning the item. Be cautious: They may try to charge for return shipping, which is illegal under consumer law if the product was misrepresented.
