‼️ BEWARE IF YOU NEED A REFUND ‼️😡I PURCHASED A LEATHER COWBOY HAT FOR $85 & $20 POSTAGE, SOLELY FOR A COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL - IT ARRIVED ON 28/10/24, 4 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. I ORDERED A SIZE 56cm, HOWEVER IT DID NOT FIT‼️ IT WAS SIZED & MARKED AS A SIZE 56cm HOWEVER THE INSIDE BRIM ONLY MEASURED 51cm - 5cm SMALLER THAN ADVERTISED.I CONTACTED THE COMPANY BY PHONE WHO HAD ANOTHER BIGGER SIZE IN STOCK AT A NEARBY WAREHOUSE HOWEVER THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO EXCHANGE THE HAT AT AT THE WAREHOUSE. IN ORDER FOR ME TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT I WAS INSTRUCTED TO PAY FOR THE RETURN POSTAGE (approx $20). & A ‘RE-STOCKING FEE OF $10 PLUS ANOTHER $20 POSTAGE TO SEND ANOTHER HAT OUT‼️😡 OBVIOUSLY 4 DAYS WAS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT & I DID NOT AGREE THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY 2 LOTS OF POSTAGE AGAIN & A RE-STOCKING FEE TOTALLING ALMOST ANOTHER $50 WHEN THEY WERE AT FAULT OF SENDING ME THE WRONG ADVERTISED SIZE‼️😡 SO I REQUESTED A FULL REFUND - BUT THEY INSISTED I PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE OF $20 & THE $10 RE-STOCKING FEE. I ARGUED BACK THAT THIS WAS THEIR FAULT & THEY SHOULD SEND ME A PRE-PAID POST SATCHEL FOR THE RETURN OF THEIR PRODUCT & TO ALLOW ME MY FULL REFUND WITHOUT CHARGING A RE-STOCKING FEE. AGAIN THEY ARGUED BACK THAT THIS WAS THEIR REFUND POLICY. THEY ARGUED THAT I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE - I ARGUED THAT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE‼️ THIS ARGUMENT CARRIED ON FOR OVER 3 MONTHS WITH ME HAVING TO THREATEN TAKING THE CASE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRADING‼️FINALLY AFTER 3 & a 1/2 MONTHS (product received on 28/10/24) I HAVE RECEIVED MY REFUND ON (15/2/25) ‼️ IT TOOK ME JUST 1/4 OF 5 MINUTES TO PAY THEM FOR THE PRODUCT - BUT IT TOOK THEM OVER A 1/4 OF A YEAR TO PAY ME BACK‼️I HAVE BEEN HIGHLY ANNOYED BY THIS ENTIRE SITUATION - THE AMOUNT OF CONSTANT “ARGUING” OF ‘BACK & FORTH’ CORROSPONDENCE, THEIR IGNORANCE IN IGNORING MY EMAILS & TAKING LENGTHY TIMES TO ANSWER EMAILS I HAD TO RE-SEND, THEIR LACK OF WILL TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAKING A MISTAKE & THE LENGTH OF TIME THEY HAVE TAKEN TO FINALISE THIS REFUND‼️ ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS‼️IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY REQUEST A REFUND WHEN “THEY” SEND FALSELY ADVERTISED SIZES⁉️ - THEN THEY SHOULD “NOT” BE RUNNING A ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ BUSINESS‼️ NEVER - IN A MILLION YEARS - WOULD I EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN‼️ NOR RECOMMEND THE COMPANY TO ANYONE‼️HOWEVER THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE $10 RE/STOCKING FEE - WHICH THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DO - IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE‼️ AGAIN I HAVE HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH REPORTING THIS ENTIRE INCIDENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FAIR TRADING - THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF‼️😡
