The guys from UGG Australia Classic delivered the wrong size of the pair of shoes I ordered. The wrong size! The receipt says one size, and they delivered a size larger. There was no response to the complaint. A robot offered to make a return at my own expense (£25). Service and communication at the lowest level! I don't recommend ordering shipping of original UGGs from Australia.
