received item itself, good quality but unfortunately too small. created an exchange which was accepted, spent £40 on international tracked and signed for shipping after spending £30 initially to deliver to uk, to which i’ve heard nothing back, haven’t received my exchange or a refund. emailed 3 times and had no response. very poor customer service. will be disputing with the bank as i’ve lost my goods and my money. expected better from an internationally recognised company with millions in profits. avoid!!
