I am extremely disappointed with UGG Australia's customer service. I returned my order after they approved my return request, but they never refunded my money. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone, email and live chat, I received no response. This level of service is unacceptable and has left me very frustrated. I will not be purchasing from UGG Australia again and would advise others to be cautious.
