ordered size 4/37 UK Ugg slippers & they are huge! According to their own size guide they are actually size 7 UK measuring 10 inches length of insole. I sent photos comparing what they sent with genuine UGGs in size 4 to show the difference.As they’re not as described I don’t see why I should pay postage to Australia to return them.Now they’re not replying to emails.I would say avoid this company as you have no chance of any help once they have your money.PS. I have reported this transaction to my bank as fraud & received a full refund.
